I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location near the center of Negombo was convenient and the room was spacious and clean, the service was a significant letdown. I was disappointed with how the staff handled issues and the added tax at check-in felt unfair. Overall, the place has potential but needs improvements in service and amenities.

My stay was quite enjoyable, with attentive staff who went above and beyond, especially when they prepared coffee for us at an early hour. The spacious split-level room added a lovely touch to our experience. However, there were some minor issues, such as a small complication with the shower that I didn't address at the time.
